La Pasticceria del Corso nasce nel 1991 ad Acconia di Curinga dal suo fondatore Fausto Strangis. La sua idea era quella di una pasticceria che fosse interamente artigianale e che mettesse al centro la passione e la tradizione.

Oggi al suo fianco nella gestione della pasticceria ci sono anche la moglie Simona e la figlia minore Giulia. Proprio lei, grazie alle numerose esperienze lavorative all’estero, ha reso la Pasticceria del Corso innovativa e al passo con i tempi seppur mantenendo l’anima tradizionale che da oltre 30 anni la distingue.
